Pathetic Service
Hotel was overbooked and on the first day they gave me room in another hotel nearby as there was no room available. There was no air conditioner in that room, when i complained they arranged a fan after 3 hours. And even they gave me wrong key of another room. Hotel staff was not friendly at all, they said if you don't like take your money and go to any other hotel !!

Otele gittiğimizde ücreti ödenmiş olmasına rağmen odalarının olmadığını söylediler ve bizi farklı bir otele yönlendirdiler ve yönlendirdikleri otel için de ekstra ücret ödemesi yapmak durumunda kaldım... Otel ise çok kötü bir oteldi... Ödemesi yapılmış rezervasyonu dikkate almayıp bize oda yok diyen bu otelde bir daha asla konaklama yapmayı düşünmüyoruz...

Einfach nur Enttäusched
Obwohl wir extra zu spät zum Hotel gegangen waren, damit das Zimmer frei wird, mussten wir sehr lange warten um in das Zimmer rein zukommen. Zimmer im 6.OG. und kein Aufzug, obwohl bei Expedia stand, dass ein Aufzug vorhanden sein sollte. Alles war total alt, es fiel fast alles auseinander, der Schrank, die Toilette, die Dusche u.a.w. Also Einfach nur Enttäusched!!!!!
