"Bonjour, C'est le plus bel Hotel jamais testé. Les chambres sont propres, le personnel est souriant, l'ambiance est excellente. La décoration est magnifique !!!"

"It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff."

"Convenient stop close to autoroute, but only short drive into town centre for evening sightseeing. Room extremely small but this to be expected . Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Good parking. Some traffic noise at rear. "

"Perfectly positioned,lovely property, easy walking to both the old city and the modern one. Access to supermarkets(by car) and small shops by foot. Martine obviously lives her home, as a host she was perfect, available if needed but not intrusive. The pool is a big plus if you have teenagers. "

"What a wonderful place!! Sam was there to welcome us and with a large, multiage family we were never short of things to do. The movie room kept the teenagers happily gaming away and the pool kept the little ones cool. We enjoyed meals on the patio and a well stocked kitchen with excellent air conditioning in every room. The decoration is still work in progress but this did not detract from our great trip! Thanks Samuel"

"Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation. "
