"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. "Staff at the hotel were helpful and wonderful. Our room was modern, spacious clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety at breakfast of good quality. The one bad point was that on our 1st night, a Friday, a bar more or less opposite had extremely loud music going until after 1am and having spent most of the day travelling we were tired - But other nights were quiet."
