Wonderful Oceanfront Condo overlooking Pool & Beach new renovations January 2025

New Kitchen and bath, fresh paint throughout. Pictures available late February 2025
Located on the first floor- the large spacious living, dining and kitchen area overlook both the beach and oceanfront pool – exclusively for Seagrove Guest. The porch has a separate door leading to stairs that give an even more direct beach and pool access. All of this and it is just steps to the beach!

The open style interior allows the condo to live very large – with lots of space to just kick back and relax. Completely redecorated in January 2022, we have tried to think of everything you’ll need to begin enjoying your low country vacation.

The master bedroom offers a king bed (with soft and comfy 100% cotton sheets - perfect for extra softness when you’ve had a hard day of playing in the sun!) The master bath has a spacious walk in shower with a blissful rain style shower head.

Around the corner and down the hall, the guest suite is completely private. With a King bed and its own bathroom, guest will feel like they are staying in the master bedroom!

Both bedrooms have their own wall mounted large TVs and of course, we have top speed internet (1.2 GIG) top speed so even if you must do a little work while on vacation, we’ve tried to ease the burden as much as we can.

All of this and you are within very short walking distance of the heart of Wild Dunes – the Grand Pavilion, Village shops, Sweetgrass Convention center, hotel, shops, and dining.

We hope you will choose to stay with us and enjoy our little slice of heaven in Wild Dunes!

Great location and views. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Very well organized and decorated. Issues with pool access and HVAC were handled promptly via text. Boardwalk access to beach seems permanently closed due to beach erosion, however, there's a walkaround path that opens onto lovely beach. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful condo and great location!

We loved our stay! Condo kitchen was recently renovated and gorgeous. Patio looks out over pool and has an ocean view. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Wild Dunes

The condo was beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. Location and view of the pool and ocean was great. Only downside which is of no fault of the condo owners is the closest beach access was closed so we had to walk further to the next one down. Also, there are notes on how to pack the fridge when you first check in, as it does take a bit to cool down, but once it does it’s normal. Overall a great stay and look forward to doing so again.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Seagrove 3B was a fantastic spot for our "start of summer" family getaway. The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable, as well as completely equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The view from the porch gave us beautiful views of the ocean and a perfect spot to sip coffee while we watched our kids playing in the pool below. Wild Dunes has so much to offer, and Seagrove is a prime location with easy beach access and walkability to the Grand Pavilion and Sweetgrass Inn amenities. We would definitely return to this property!

Great Stay!

We shared this unit with another couple who’ve been our friends for years. Loved the quiet location and view of the ocean just beyond the pool. The sandy beach was wide and flat so perfect for long walks. Just 3 miles to the grocery and an easy drive into Charleston. The unit was super clean with everything we needed; plenty of towels, 3 TVs, fully equipped kitchen (even a crockpot) and wonderfully comfy beds. It was a terrific stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The calm before the storm

We arrived 2 days before Hurricane Idalia hit the coast of SC. Luckily we had several gorgeous days and then….. we made it through the storm and awoke to a beautiful day. This is a very clean property. It is not pretty by my standards but it was clean and had everything we needed.

Great vacation stay

We loved this unit and location. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. I loved all of the storage space in the bedrooms. We could completely unpack with lots of extra room. The location overlooked the pool and ocean. You could literally walk out to the pool and in less than 5 minutes be on the beach. Our only struggle was weak internet access during the day. We got around it but that would be a nice improvement.

Relaxing stay but

Loved the accommodations it was everything advertised. Had a small problem with fan in master bedroom but was quickly rectified by property management. They were great. Pool and beach were easily accessible and made for relaxing time. The only negative was the constant noise from the upstairs neighbors. That got to be a little annoying particularly in morning and later at night. Otherwise great experience.

Great Stay in Wild Dunes

We had a great stay at this condo - the location cannot be beat, a very short to the beach and pool and less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel with restaurants, etc. Beds were super comfortable, condo was spacious, kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware. We also appreciated the owner's recommendations for where to rent chairs and bikes. The only issue, which was not worth removing a star, was that we were asked to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. I totally understand not providing endless supplies like that for week stays but for only three nights, we were surprised to receive those instructions after booking. Again, small compliant amongst an otherwise wonderful stay.
