Affordable Oceanfront Condo Central to the Heart of IOP!

Vintage oceanfront condo on the third floor with private balcony and ocean views! Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony overlooking the water! Private access to beach, fishing pier, community pool and complex laundry facilities!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through February 13th, 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Isle of Palm stay

Place was “as advertised”. Could use a new blanket- the spare blanket needs to be replace. Also small amenities like boxes of Kleenex would be appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was awesome, clean, great view, very well decorated and equipped. I would rent it again (even having to navigate the stairs. The traffic on Saturday was horrendous and my brother from Mt Pleasant couldn't get on the island and my friend near Wild Dunes couldn't get off Waterway. The rain on Sunday slowed down the crowds and we had out visits.

Sea Cabins are the greatest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For over 30 years we have stayed in the sea cabins whenever we can get there. The most important things for us are to have easy, walkable access to the beach and to have a nice balcony to enjoy the scene and good people around us. Good places to eat are within blocks or short drives. The Sea Cabins are not necessarily 'luxurious' but are super comfy and enjoyable. We did have a maintenance issue this time (very rare occurrence) and they responded as soon as possible. Island Realty Office is the BEST and the BEST place to rent a Sea Cabin. I wish ALL owners would go through them, as they are wonderful to work with...I have had to rent a couple of times through others...not as good. I do have one suggestion for the owner of this particular cabin...please put a couple of high chairs out on the balcony for viewing...and a table to accommodate. I would rent this particular cabin all of the time, if those were added to the balcony. If you want the greatest trip to the beach (and it doesn't break the bank), stay with Island Realty in a Sea Cabin!

We absolutely loved this condo and our unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our unit was nice and matched the pictures. The one complaint I had was the air conditioner did not see to cool very well. Thankfully the weather was cooler than normal temperature's that week which was probably a saving grace. The other item that would have been nice is a heated swimming pool and hot tub. From pictures I thought the baby pool was a hot tub as well as many other guest who came to use it and were shocked.

Each of these rooms were all different, some more updated than others, but all functioned well. My only real complaint about our room was the air conditioning. It was hard to keep the room comfortable (it was in May before the real heat). The bathrooms at the pool were in very poor shape.

This was our second time staying there and I give it 5 stars. Location, location, location! Close enough to walk anywhere you want. Close to Charleston, Sullivans island. The rental was excellent. Only draw back is that if you don’t want steps, stay on a lower floor. Beautiful view out to the ocean. We will be back!

I do wish they had high chairs and table on the balcony (which still needs a little work), but it was still a beautiful view (most important thing to us) and we enjoyed the area eating, walking, and beach as usual. I highly recommend any Sea Cabin, and especially those in the B complex/3rd floor if you can manage the steps.
