You can't get closer to the ocean!



Completely updated condo in gated Wild Dunes, Charleston's Island Resort! King bed with high quality linens, pullout queen sofa bed,

WiFi, flat panel TVs, washer, dryer, and fully stocked kitchen with not only essentials but also a coffeemaker, blender, and more. Conveniently located on the first floor (though it is a two-floor unit,) steps away from the condo complexes' private pool and beachfront.



NO PETS, SMOKING, OR PARTIES ALLOWED.



The Space:

There is so much to do on this property or if you venture offsite. Within the gated Wild Dunes community enjoy bike riding, the beach which is only a 5 minute walk, the condo complexes' private, secured pool, playground (Backcourt Drive), basketball court, crabbing dock (behind Lagoon Villas), miles of biking/walking trails, Grand Pavilion Boardwalk (after 6pm,) as well as the following amenities available for a fee: The Wild Dunes Links and Harbor Golf Courses, driving range, tennis clinics (morning only), golf lessons and clinics, Sand and Sea Spa, shops, and various on-property restaurants including a deli, pizza shop, grill, and ice cream shop (seasonal) to name a few.



If you choose to venture offsite, the beauty and charm of Charleston is only 12 miles away.



The community of Isle of Palms is incredibly charming, the Wild Dunes complex amazing, and the condo beautiful.



Guest Access:

Guests may use the pool private to guests of the condo complex. Access to Wild Dunes restaurants, walking trails, golf (for a fee), tennis clinics (for a fee) also exist. We do not have access to the resort's hotel pool but the pool at the condo complex is quieter and just steps from the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Wild Dunes, "Charleston's Island Resort" is located within Isle of Palms, a beach town approximately 12 miles from Charleston.  It can be described as having plenty to do without being touristy.  There are quaint shops and restaurants and relaxing yet fun things to do on the island including water sports, fishing, tennis and golf.



The historic and beautiful city of Charleston is only 12 miles away. Enjoy an open air market; numerous plantations; kayaking, canoe, and paddle board tours; amazing restaurants; harbor cruises; aquarium, and carriage rides in this great city.



Neighboring towns to Isle of Palms include the quaint and fun Sullivan's Island and the suburbia Mount Pleasant.  Both offer great restaurants, shops and entertainment, including great putt putt and ice cream!



Getting Around:

The condo complex has its own parking lot. The community is gated.



Other Things to Note:

For your beach day, you'll find chairs in the closet on the screened-in porch along with a beach cart and an umbrella. We hope you enjoy them!

Great Location

Being immunocompromised, this was a terrific stay! We had the beach basically to ourselves and could enjoy sunrises from the comfort of the porch if we chose! A clean place and super easy check in/check out with lots of car put into the rental.

Beach getaway for our 32nd anniversary. Lovely home right on the beach. Our favorite part was the screened porch overlooking the beach for morning coffee and afternoons when we needed shade but still wanted to see and hear the ocean. Very comfortable stay-we will come back again!

IOP honeymoon

This beachfront condo is in an excellent location! It's very quiet, and yet close enough to IOP restaurants and services. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, where we drank our morning coffee and enjoyed the lovely view of the dunes and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfection on the beach!!

Everything about this condo is wonderful. The decor, the location, the beach, the appliances and the host is so great at replying to messages. It’s a wonderful walk out to the beach, and so well appointed with updated decor. Very clean too. It’s the best!

Just the two of us…

We love IOP and this condo was perfect for us. We booked it last minute and we’re so glad we made the trip. Clean, comfortable, and close! The walk to the beach is less than a minute and we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the mornings and evenings. This property has also been renovated and it’s very well done. Definitely worth a return visit!

Great beach front vacation spot for two!

Well updated beach front property. Very nice interior, excellent kitchen and bathroom. We loved the screened in porch facing the ocean. No issues at all with the unit or managers. Wild Dunes area has plenty of entertainment options to offer. It sleeps four with a downstairs sleeper sofa, but I would only recommend two as there is only one bathroom upstairs. Great unit, highly recommended!!!

Great time at this beachfront property!

We had a great time at IOP. The beach was just steps away, such a convenient beachfront property. We had a toddler with us, and the property manager (and owner) were very accommodating to us during this trip. There was only one toilet paper/paper towel roll, so we reached out and they were very responsive. The pool is also just a few steps away, great alternative for kids. Another thing to mention, is the gated community that this condo is in. Wild dunes community is gorgeous, we took evening walks around the beautiful property!

Clean, beautiful condo!!!

The photos don’t really do this darling condo justice! The unit was beautifully decorated and CLEAN! It has everything you need and the beachfront view is amazing!! It’s the little things that stood out - a clean washer and dryer, utensils that were like new! A great book the owner left with passwords, restaurants in the area etc! The beds and furniture we’re comfortable!!! I can’t say enough great things about this unit. Owner got back immediately with any questions we had!

Beachfront Perfection!

This was a picturesque condo! We had the best stay here and wished we never had to leave!! Seriously, we want to purchase this exact unit…AS IS, today! The neighbors were so kind, the unit is literally on the sand-ocean front AND next to the pool! It’s close to the pavilion with the restaurants and shops—under a 10 min bike ride! I never felt the need to lock up our bikes but we did being they were rentals. The unit is sparkling clean, plenty of white towels and linens! King bed upstairs was super comfy and the bedroom was nice and dark enough with the blinds pulled in the morning so we could sleep in a little. Property manager couldn’t be kinder upon checking in and out!! Cannot wait to visit again, soon!

Perfect setting. First floor, ocean front, board walk from screened in porch all the way to the beach!! Beautiful view of the dunes and ocean. Very nice pool area as well. Covered parking with covered storage area for bikes. Interior just as photos show. The shower was perfection!

Wonderful stay

This condo was perfect! The access to the beach was great. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We really also enjoyed the kiddie pool with our daughter. We will definitely be back!
