"Nice people and clean rooms "

"We needed a big house with lots of beds and this was a perfect fit. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The big dining room table was great for games and puzzles. "

"The house had plenty of room for our children and their families. Each room had a nice, clean bathroom with amenities similar to a hotel- hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner (I loved), soap etc. Two of our children have an infant daughter each. The house contained the noise and we were able to sleep - better than most hotels! There was a long table that fit everyone and much space in the living room to watch TV, movies or play video games. The roof top was a nice place sit and even lay out (This was in winter)! You can see the ocean from it. It is close to Mt Pleasant which had great shopping, Walmart, a Regal Movie theater and many eateries! The house is on a beach access road (23) and only took about 5 minutes to walk there. We watched sunsets (5:20 pm) and took in a sunrise 7:20 am - an advantage for the winter time. There is a lovely L shaped pool. We spent most of our time touring Charleston or at the beach so we didn’t utilize it to its fullest. There were beach items - so we didn’t have to rent, books (all ages) and toys for the children! The beds were comfortable. These extras added to the comforts of home."

"We enjoyed the home with our 4 adult children and their families. The house could use a few improvements, but overall nice for a rental home. Quick walk to the beach. "

"Great location great restaurants. Only negative was the amount of entitled people there. However it goes with the territory when you are among 10 million dollar homes it comes with the area."
