"The Isle of Mull Hotel is superb. Everything was perfect - staff, rooms, restaurant, bar and spa. We particulary enjoyed walking along the fairy glen to and from Craignure. We also appreciated the pick-up to/from the ferry, as we were travelling without a car."

"The elevator was out which was unfortunate due to having to lug our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The room also looked nothing like the photos. Our linens were clean, but the room left much to be desired. It’s an old building, but the lack of maintenance and upkeep, it was not the best by any means. "

"Feels like a hotel that may be in decline. The rooms are comfortable and the chef I had produced some very good food, but looking about it seemed like no money had been spent on it for a while and an update is overdue."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to Ferry terminal, train station and in the middle of a vibrant town center with good restaurants and shopping. Floors 3 and above have a great harbor view. Good breakfast buffet. "

"Just back home from a two night stay , for a friends wedding me and my fiancé had an excellent stay , glori at the front desk was brilliant , she was very attentive and was great throughout our trip would highly recommend this hotel on the staff alone , "

"staff was 90% really lovely, unfortunately our check in process was met by a grumpier gentleman who really shouldn't be in hospitality. he had no warmth unlike any of the other staff we encountered. everyone seems to do a bit of everything here and play multiple roles. this gentleman should find a new line of work, or at a different hotel that isnt as high end."
