Our stunning newly renovated family home is your perfect base to discover the beautiful Isle of Arran. Sleeping 6 and welcomes 2 pets.
Large enclosed garden with seating area. 5 minutes walk to the beach and around 10 minutes walk to local amenities such as supermarket, bars and restaurants in Lamlash.
Bedroom 1- King size bed, Smart TV, hairdryer. Bedroom 2 - Double bed, Smart TV, hairdryer. Bedroom 3 - Single bed Bedroom 4 - Single bed (ground floor)
(We have an extra single bed that can be provided which is more suitable for a child under 12. - £5 per day)
Conservatory - floor-to-ceiling windows, fabulous view over the back garden and surrounding hills, Smart TV, heater.
Bathroom 1 (upstairs) - bath, shower, WC, sink. Arran Sense of Scotland toiletries. Bathroom 2 (downstairs) walk-in shower, WC, sink, Arran Sense of Scotland toiletries.
Ample Off-road parking for 2 cars. Bus stop right outside the house. Free WiFi.
Quality bedding and towels are provided.
2 pets welcome (£5 per pet per day) We supply bowls and pet blankets.
Travel cot, high chair, steriliser and bottle warmer available on request.

Please note during peak season (June to August) we have a minimum duration stay of 7 nights with the changeover days being Saturdays. Outwith peak season we can accommodate shorter stays of 3 days or more.

We had a lovely stay at this property in Arran. The house was perfect for our needs and within walking distance of the shops and eateries of Lamlash. The house had everything we needed and we didnt lack anything. Parking in front of the house was fine but care is needed when driving out into the main road due to poor visibility. Beds were comfy. Water was very hot. Conservatory and back garden were very relaxing. All in all a great place to stay.
Had an amazing seven night stay at Benoronsay. Beautifully refurbished and modernised to a very high standard. Managed to maintain the classic character of the original property. The owners had considered everything we could possibly need to make our stay a home from home experience. Response to communication was quick, friendly and helpful. We would totally recommend this property for anyone thinking about seeing this beautiful island. Lamlash is a stunning village with all amenities on your doorstep.
