"I checked in just before 3pm (check in). It was about 2:45p. I was sent up to my room but it was still being cleaned. We didn't get into our room until 3:30p. Since we got there a bit early we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the room be ready. They could have said it wasn't ready and we we would ..."

"Everything was very nice. Definitely clean and pleasant. Easily a 9.5. The .5 off 10 is because there's no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast was not great. Coffee was good but a ham sandwich for breakfast was not. Everyone on the staff, that we met, was extremely nice and efficient."
