"The reception staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until my departure. The breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, creating a wonderful start to each day. The bar staff provided outstanding service and crafted some truly excellent drinks that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, the hospitality and customer service throughout my stay were outstanding."

"It was alright. Way over priced in my opinion. The hall way was dirty, but the room was clean. The curtains on the windows didnt block the light as well as I would have liked due to them being too long and were hard to close. Breakfast was okay. Very basic. Zero parking however which sucked."
