"Moxy was such a clean property to stay at. The staff was super helpful with answering questions, looking for an early check-in, and etc. The room itself was comfy and anything we were missing was just a phone call down to the front desk. Also loved the bar in the lobby. Perfect for a quick night cap."

"The room was excellent and the facilities were absolutely fantastic. Check in was perfect. The woman who checked me in was efficient and friendly. Those all deserve 5 stars. Check out was, however, bad. I went to check out in the morning and there was absolutely nobody at the front desk. It was clear that someone had been there, as there was paperwork and an open bottle of water sitting on the counter. I waited quite some time before someone (Kenny) showed up. Then someone in a suit (perhaps a security guard?) also seemed to show up at the same time. If a hotel says that they are open 24 hours, somebody should be at the front desk at all times, or there should be a bell at the front desk to make sure that staff are alerted to when someone is waiting at the front desk. Alternatively there should be a way to securely leave keys (maybe a locked drop box) for a secure ending experience. Because of this delay I was delayed in getting to the airport, and that caused unnecessary extra stress. I still highly recommend the hotel - for its cleanliness, convenience and value. However, alternative practices are needed by the hotel in the morning hours."
