Perfect location for the west entrance of Yellowstone. This house was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. The owner was very timely in all communications. Would definitely consider coming back if we return to the area.

The views from the house can’t be beat. Plus it’s only 20 minutes from West Yellowstone. The fire pit was a nice bonus. The property manager was always very quick to respond and very accommodating.

Great place at a convenient location

We spent 4 days at this house to visit Yellowstone. It was a great decision to stay here. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is really quiet, which is pretty relax after a long day at the park. Beautiful view to the nearby lake. Recommended.

Fantastic views, great location

Nice layout, property as described (there are more neighboring houses than it appears) but the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is well appointed (no plastic cups or dishes for kiddos but not seeing that in a lot of rentals these days(?). The views of the lake and mountain are really lovely from the wrap around porch. Great spot for access to Yellowstone NP (20-25 mins) or Island Park, if you don't want to be right in a tourist town.

Overall clean and very comfortable. Very few cobwebs and never could get the Wi-Fi and therefore the television going. But that’s okay!

Amazing Trip/Property

The home had everything you would need. Fully stocked, not once did we look for something and not find it! It was clean, cozy and convenient with amazing views! I wish our time there was longer so we could have enjoyed the home more! There was so much to see in the area we were barely at the home. We would leave early in the morning and not return until 8-9pm. Time to go to sleep in the comfortable beds. Yellowstone was about 20 minutes away, easy drive. Would definitely recommend and rent again! Thanks for making a family vacation perfect!

Very clean, updated, cozy house with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the porch. Conveniently located near the West Yellowstone entrance. Short drive to rodeo as well. On check out we were instructed to put towels in the washer machine and start the laundry as well as dishwasher. Its not something that people would like to do on the vacation. It didn't really take away from overall pisitive experience, but found it strange to be asked to do that. Great stay overall! Beautiful place!

Grandkids Yellowstone Trip

The property sits on a hillside with several other homes/cabins. From the outside, the property looks run down, but inside it is very nice, just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a back deck that looks out over Henry Lake and the Island Park valley. The drive to West Yellowstone and the Park takes a good 20 minutes so you need to plan your trips accordingly. Overall a very good place to stay. Had numerous communications with the Host via e-mail and text, she was very responsive and helpful. Overall a very good place to say.

We absolutely loved your place! We felt like we had everything that we needed in the house! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was so equipped with everything you could ask for! What a beautiful view from everywhere on the huge L shaped porch! We would recommend to anyone. It was very close to the park and the town of West Yellowstone. Loved everything!
