"The place was just simply amazing. I know it's primarily used as a hunting lodge or base for trail riding, but my wife, daughter and 3 year old granddaughter loved it. From the cabin itself to the way it was decorated with the mounts that were actually harvested off the property gave it so much character and charm. "Very nice stay everything was very clean and looked nice. Breakfast was good they had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy for hot food also a waffle maker, and plenty of other choices of bagels pastries and drinks. Staff was awesome."

"The remodelled section is lovely. The staff honest and helpful with understanding the hours for local shops and stops. The lack of available food in the vending machines sounds silly but the entire town closes up at or before dark so plan for truckstop gas station food or grab something at a drive thru just before they close up."

"Kevin and Christina were in touch with us if needed but everything was explained very well in the messages they sent us. Everything was as expected and we were welcomed with a personal touch as well as a local sweet treat! It's a nice rustic cozy log cabin with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It had a new washer and dryer, dish washer, plenty of room in the bedrooms, and the loft area was nice. Very peaceful relaxing area not far from local stores. Some beautiful views of Mt Katadin just a short distance from the cabin. Woke up to the beautiful Maine sunrise after a good nights sleep while watching a couple young deer feeding in the woods off the deck. Plenty of parking for trucks and sled trailer. There is a snowmobile trail that is close to the cabin so you can ride without trailering if you prefer."
