"Overall, the room was clean and renovated. The checking process was a little bit of an issue...given that our room /unit was given to somebody else, but eventually the other party was willing to trade with us. It would have been helpful ahead of time to let customers know that the unit or room does not come with coffee and you would either have to buy coffee before coming to the hotel or plan ongoing across the resort to the check in offi ce. The unit did have a lovely kitchen and coffee maker that we couldn't use because we didn't have coffee with us. Otherwise it was a lovely resort."

"The ocean was visible from our room and it was a beautiful resort. The staff was friendly and there was a lot to do for families. "

"The pictures are very deceiving, and when they say “grab and go” breakfast, good luck grabbing anything. Coffee was always empty, bananas were mush and you were lucky if you got there early enough to get a bagel. Someone opened the door to our room, and when they figured out we were there, slammed the door shut. We had our front shade open, so you could see our stuff in the room, but we were up front, so they couldn’t see us. We went to the front desk and they stated they did not have cameras, when there were 2 cameras, one pointing right at our room’s front door. First and last stay!!!"

"So I did like our stay. However, we didn’t sleep great because the air conditioner is right at the foot of the master bedroom and it blows wind in your face constantly. We reached out to the property manager and he didn’t help us because it was broken and wouldn’t work the way intended. So overall we would stay again but this trip we just didn’t get enough rest. "

"Easy check in right at 4pm, friendly staff, nice room. I liked the free breakfast. "

"This resort had everything! So much to do and staff that was friendly and always helpful. Only complaint is that the restaurants had no options for gluten free diet, so we had to go elsewhere. "

"Really neat houseboat hotel concept, enjoyed our 5 days there. Bagel shop and shopping walking distance. Staff was super nice and helpful. "
