"Your front desk staff, Nosipho and Nomvelo are friendly, courteous, and professional. These ladies assisted me with a variety of questions; my being unaquainted with the Keys. Wedding day was hectic. My wife and I were late. They secured our luggage and directed us to the restrooms inorder to change into our wedding attire. This hotel is exceptional with clean and comfortable room. We will be back. Thank you."
