"Beautiful house with a spectacular view! Well appointed kitchen and lovely decor. On site managers were responsive and great to deal with. Only drawback was the noise from the beach, but it was a holiday weekend so to be expected."

"We had an amazing time at Bocas del Mar. The entire staff is courteous, kind and helpful. Our airline delayed our bags. Since the closest commercial area is 1 hr away, I was very stressed because I had none of our belongings l, including our kids swim gear. I spent so many hours reaching out to the airline, but the true help came when Odalys (hotel manager) helped me contact and go to the local airline’s office to retrieve our luggage when it arrrived. After that wrinkle, our trip was perfect. The food was great, varied options, yummy drinks, plenty of options for the kids. The pools were clean and comfy. The tours offered by the hotel (at a surcharge) were so much fun and the guides so knowledgeable and nice. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. FYI They do not have a private beach on the property. They do offer water-taxi rides to visit the nearest beach. Otherwise when you take one if the tours, you can visit several gorgeous beaches nearby. "

"The room was very nice.. amazing view of the islands.. especially from the second deck.. this is a very cozy resort… I believe that there are fewer than 6 Room available.. Although there is no access to the Beach.. the view more than make up for that…guest services were excellent.. the owners, Herbie and Erica are amazingly.. Herbie is your Breakfast Cook and it is always perfection.. a large variety of breakfast choices… the pool was a beautiful.. wouldn’t hesitate to stay again… "

"Fantastic experience. The house was even better than the photos. The check-in was so fantastic, facilitated by a local couple who met us at the house and ensured all was well. Well maintained, clean, beautiful pool, amazing kitchen stocked with cooking equipment for a large family and everything needed for a stay 'like home'. Bbq, tiki hut outside for amazing evenings watching the birds, listening to the ocean and the monkeys. Access to the beach as advertised, and the local beach (you can walk there along the coast at medium or low tide) was spectacular, and we were usually the only ones there. Hosts were communicative and friendly, and we were able to connect with local guides and neighbours. Amazing. Start to finish. "
