The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury.

Geen airconditoning, alleen warm lucht (airco. alleen beschikbaar in zomer tijd). Wanneer wij daar waren, was de tempratuur ongeveer 25 graden. Maar er was nogsteeds geen airconditioning. Zwembad had geen water. Bij de onze kamer was er een sigaret geur, dit was niet fijn. En hierdoor moesten wij van kamer wisselen. De hygiene was ook slecht, in de kamer van mijn kennis waren er bedwantsen in het bed. En hierdoor hebben hun ook de kamer verwisseld. Dus ik ben niet tevreden over mijn verblijf.

Voor de keten Ramada by Wyndham was dit hotel ver onder de maat. De airco was ingesteld om warmte te geven, na meerdere malen te klagen bij 28 graden buiten en sauna gevoel in de kamer weigerde ze de eerste dag om dit om te zetten naar koud lucht. Hierdoor zaten we helemaal onder de zweet en moest de ramen open, waardoor allemaal muggen in de kamer kwamen en we geen nachtrust hebben gekregen. We hebben de hotel geboekt met 30 man, een van ons had beestjes op de kamer op de kussens en moesten verplaats worden van kamer. Het betreft een aardbeving getroffen gebied, maar dit mag geen excuses zijn, voor zoals een 3 persoons kamer waar maar 1 set van slippers zijn voorzien en 2 handdoeken. We hebben speciaal een 4 sterren hotel geboekt om een fijne beleving te krijgen van de stad, maar dit hotel was nog geen 2 sterren waard. En nooit meer Wyndham hotels voor ons.

Hotel am Hafen. Bedingt durch Erdbeben vor 3 Jahren sind überall und um das Hotel Baustellen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist aber im Zimmer nichts zu hören. Stadt fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr leckeres türkisches Frühstücksbüffet. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Zum Frühstück gab es 2 - 3x keine Porzellanrassen, so dass aus dem Pappbecher getrunken werden musste. Saft zum Frühstück gibt es nicht, sondern Pulver mit Wasser vermischt. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft wurde berechnet.

Otelin temizliği ve kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi. Çalışanlar son derece kibar ve ilgiliydi, hizmet konusunda memnun kaldık. Ancak olumsuz yönleri de vardı. Odadaki eşyalar oldukça eskimiş, özellikle yatak fazlasıyla çökmüştü; bu kalitede bir yatağı belki ancak 2 yıldızlı bir otelde görürsünüz. Bej koltuğun kumaşı çok kirliydi, kirden yer yer siyahlaşmıştı, otururken kıyafetlerimin kirleneceğinden endişe ettim. Yatak bazası da aynı şekilde kirli ve bakımsızdı, bej kumaşı siyah lekelerle doluydu. Nasıl temizliği iyi yazıyor yorumlarda anlamadım, belki de bize verilen oda ile alakalıdır.

Bütün bina cok fazla sigara kokuyordu . Oda dahil . Klimalarda kapalı koridorlorda. Havalandırma baya kötüydü. Eşyaların durumu cok kötü . Kapı ve dolaplar bile zor acılıyor. Ama cok bakımsız ve kirliydi. Çalışanlar çok tatlılar ama hotel maalesef iyi bir tadilat ve temizliğe girmeli. Ve en önemlisi havalandırma yapılmalı.
