Absolutely horrible and not recommended !!

My experience in this hotel is the worst! We booked a suite in the hotel for one leisure day. When we arrived the room was only equipped for one person (one towel, one cup, one set of amenities etc), and no complement water provided. We requested the miasing items from the reception and it took them forever to bring it to our room, approximately 3 hours. The room was not so clean, also the carpet all along the aile to the rooms really stinks! When we tried to use the jaccuzi tube, the smell of the water was horrible, as if it's sewage water!! Apparently the tubes of the bath are extremely old and moldy so that the water coming of them is really gross. We tried to use the shower of the room, and the valve used to switch the water flow to the upper shower was stuck and not working, so the water was only coming out of the tap water near to the ground. The hotel should not be more than 2 stars hotel, our experience was disgusting! Never again...

5 Sterne Hotel, mit Seie im Bad und mehr nicht. Leere Minibar. Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, hing auch nicht mit den Umbauarbeiten zusammen, das selbst das Telefon schmutzig war. Defekter Aufzug. Schlüsselkarte funktionierte nicht. Bellboy hat versucht es zu klären (hat uns sogar das Nachbarzimmer aufgeschlossen-aber aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit liefen die Klimaanlagen auf Hochtouren und selbst nach dem Ausschalten hat man gefroren. Auch die dünne Decke war keine Hilfe, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. was uns den Zugang zu unserem Zimmer noch 1 Std. ermöglicht hat.

3 günlük kalışımızı 2 günde keserek geri dönmek zorunda kaldık. Odalar vasat, yataklar çok sert, çamaşır suyu kokan banyo havluları var. Kahvaltı vasat, çeşit az, kâğıt bardakta çay ve kahve içtik. Oda servisinden basit bir sipariş verdik ama 5 konuşma sonrası getirecek bir yemek bulamadıkları için iptal etmek zorunda kaldık. Akşam otelde düğün var diye park yeri bulamadığımız gibi gecenin geç saatlerine kadar gürültüsünden uyuyamadık. Personel çalışan ama surat asmadan işlerini yapsa daha iyi olur.

Hayatım boyunca karşılaştıştığım kaldığım en kötü otel olan İskenderun anemon otelde kaldım dün gece. Üstelik balayı çiftiydik sitenizden isteklerimizi yazdım dönmediler 2 kere aradım istekleri ilettim tamam dediler. Yatakları kıllı tuvaleti pis olan bir oda verdiler yazıklar olsun! Üstelik odada tek havlu vardı. Gece 1 de otele giriş yaptığım gördüğüm manzarayı resepsiyona bildirim sizi suit odaya alalım dediler. Götürdükleri odada da tek havlu vardı. Havluyu hemen getireceklerini söylediler ne gelen oldu ne giden. Balayı gecemiz rezil oldu. Bu oteli asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Odaya ödediğim paramda balayı gecemde berbat oldu! Yazıklar olsun

“Mini bar ücretli, tv altındakiler ise ücretsiz” söylediler. Ücretsiz dedikleri ürünler için benden çok para talep ettiler. Neden böyle diye sorduğumda, “sadece bir su, çay ve kahve ücretsiz diye söyledik” denildi. Oysa ben çok farklı anlamıştım. Bence bilinçli olarak kelime oyunu yaptılar. Bu durum beni çok çok rahatsız etti.
