"We were able to book our room at short notice when accommodation was limited due to weather events. The price was very affordable. The room was excellent. The staff were excellent. Due to the weather disruption. No rentals cars were available. Management allowed us to stay in reception area for over 2 hours until further help arrived. Very much appreciated. Full marks to Management and staff. We plan to stay here next time we visit Nelson. "

"The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed, sofa, table and chairs, small fridge and kitchen with supplies. The owners are courteous and helpful. The location is close to the airport but a little isolated from the downtown core. There are two bus routes that provide easy access to downtown. "

"We were on a queen room. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. It has recently been refurbished to a good standard. There is a microwave, coffee plunger and crockery but washing up all as to be done in the bathroom sink which is a bit odd."

"This is my type of place, it was a small single room but homely and quirky with a comfy bed. All I needed. Staff was accomodating and friendly, room was clean and comfortable. TV is tiny but I was not looking to watch anything. "

"Clean comfortable room. Shared kitchen facilities but well appointed with plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment. Rooms on the main road side can be noisy once the traffic starts building up in the morning "
