"Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."

"We highly enjoyed our stay in early June. The water was warm in sea and pool, cycling and snorkeling was as possible as visiting close cities and hot springs in Saturnia. We saw several animals and simply loved it - including the ice cube machine of the freezer. For those who love cooking, we would recommend to bring some own knives and be prepared for the outdoor pizza oven. "

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."
