"I stayed only one short night (check-in 11pm, check-out 8am) but I loved the room design and the matress (firm but not hard). I wish I could have explored the rest of the properly, the garden with the outdoor coffee / restaurant looked super nice."

"The aircon in our room was too smal for the size of the room, it never got desent cold. I think they had somekind of soap in the pool, it hurts the eye. We order room servuce but got wrong food, found out that they used some tranees, and not so good in english.
Sugestion, should use numbers on the meny to make it more easy to order. But the food was great, look and tasted good.
The staff was helpful and nice. The gym is good too, and close to the pool."

"This hotel is attached to the main shopping mall in Udon Thani. As you would expect this hotel easily reached the excellent grading. Efficient/polite staff. Excellent hotel dining options. Plus numerous restaurants in the mall. Room spotless. Wi-Fi strong and reliable. In my opinion I will stay here again anytime. Very enjoyable experience. Well done."
"We were met at the hotel entrance with kind welcome and happy staff, quick check in, front desk accommodated request for room change to lower floor, easy and close parking garage parking with helpful attendant, clean and quiet room, convenient access from hotel to shopping at Terminal 21, excellent breakfast buffet."
