"I stayed here with another adult and my dog while visiting family in the area. It suited our needs and the fenced yard was wonderful for my dog. The bed was comfortable and we didn't have any issues or needs. The apartment was quiet and the parking was convenient.Only slight challenge was the AC. It is a basement apartment so you have to reach up to get to the AC controls. Totally manageable unless you are on the shorter side. "

"Let me start by saying there are some genuinely great aspects to this property. The unit is in a great location. The shower and sauna were definite highlights. And to the host’s credit, she did make the effort to come out personally to address the cooling issue, which we appreciated. The place was also mostly clean upon arrival.Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for us.Once you check in, you'll be greeted with a 10-page rule book. The vibe quickly shifted to walk on eggshells and pray you don’t incur a fine.” Apparently, flipping a light switch will set you back 250. Now, about that AC… or lack thereof. The unit never dropped below 80F (27C) during our entire stay during the day. At night, we went to bed with the unit at over 75 degrees. We followed every instruction the host gave us, including a FaceTime walkthrough where she confirmed our settings and even recommended opening windows to help with airflow. With the windows open the amount of bugs in the unit became an issue. Including seeing spiders in our beds. Imagine our shock when, after checkout, the host filed a complaint against us—accusing us of misuse and charging us 1,500 opening windows and using the AC she told us to use. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and it left us feeling deeply frustratrated and taken advantage of.I would think twice before staying at one of this host's properties. I wouldn't recommend it. "

"This space was perfect for our stay. Location, cleanliness, comfort and communication were fantastic! Tammy’s details left nothing to chance and made check in/out seamless. For a studio it had everything we needed and the use of space was vert well done. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house is easy to navigate with wide staircases and large doors. The open concept consisting of kitchen, dining room, livingroom and upper family room in loft allows for family togetherness without being on top of each other. The bedrooms are spacious and designed for comfort. The view from the livingroom and back deck is beyond description. Just like in the movies, there are winding wooden steps leading down the hill to the dunes and community private beach area. Of special note, a bottle of wine was waiting for us at check in. The house is a short drive from local vineyards, breweries, Montauk and beaches. Definitely recommend you put this property on your 'must-do' list!spacious w"
