3 bedroom, 2 bath with Lake Views and private beach. Sleeps 6 (A/C, WiFi, Smart Tv's, Fire pits and Pets welcome) and is positively charming couple's and families retreat less than 25 minutes from downtown Buffalo and 10 minutes from Sunset Bay Beach Club. Built in 1919 and partially remodeled in 2010. Enjoy the woods and views of Lake Erie meticulously cared for, for generations. The property is great for retreats, family getaways and more.
