Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Fire Pit is located out back. There is green garden hose. Please attach it to the hose on the side of the house by the generator and have it available in case of emergcies
All doors and garage have keypads with the same code. Please let us know if you have any problems
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was an excellent place to stay! Very clean, backyard was fenced so our dog had room to stretch out without a leash and just an overall warm, comfortable setting. The house has great amenities and subtle adds made the home feel peaceful.

It was so beautiful there and relaxing, peaceful just what I needed the neighbors are great ppl always willing to help and answer any questions or make sure u know what you need to it was a beautiful home everything you could think of was there I would definitely stay again

The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and along with the living room furniture. We were able to use the garage which was nice. We enjoy rock hunting, waterfalls, and other scenic site seeing therefore the location was perfect
