Manistee National Golf and Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We had a pleasant stay at Manistee National Golf & Resort. The hotel was clean and inviting, although some areas felt dated—particularly the carpeting, which could use an update. The beds weren’t especially comfortable for me, but mattress comfort is a personal preference. The hot tub was a highlight. Even with the jets running, the water remained clean, and the area appeared well maintained. It was nice to relax in a space that had clearly been cared for. Breakfast offered a good selection of cold items, but waffles were the only hot option. A warm protein option, such as eggs or sausage, or even oatmeal would have been a welcome addition. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Updated carpeting, more comfortable beds, and a little more breakfast variety would make the stay even better."
