"The night clerk was obviously inebriated, likely from smoking marijuana, and gave us the wrong room at check in. Literally did not say a word at all. Place smelled terribly of marijuana and people were openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot."

"Host doesn’t respond to messages. The only messages they send are automated ones. I tried asking questions and letting them know of issues with no response. When we first got there, the main floor smelled like w33d and the garbage bins were full outside."

"Our daughters were in a dance competition and we booked the hotel to stay together and to have use of an indoor pool. All the girls ended with chemical burn type reactions to the chemicals in the pool. Our shower faucet also ran all night and couldn’t fully turn off."
