Yes I did call you because if you were going to be late I would waited for you at the front desk, due to covid we are short on staff. But you replied you will be there in 30 mt. yes we are concern of our guest because in my experience I here from guest: they had a flat or they hit a dear or stop by their friend having party etc. and would be late. I am Sorry if my call offended you. Robert How could you lie so much ? the room you had booked through Expedia was a non pet room ( one single king room,) and their was no pet room left with us but because of your story (which I think now must be lie too) I made a non pet room available for you and you thank me, sign the registration paper and walked out saying you are going to visit the new gas station in town and get some food and will be back soon but didn't come back and when I called you at 11pm. your answer was that you are on your way home to Wisconsin then how do you know the place is a dump when you never even went into the room. please stope lying John Netto

Valene, yes we do ask every guess if they have a pet because we have designated pet rooms. and you are right we are the only one from morning to night taking care of the front desk because we don't get help here. and yes we don't struggle making key, we have been 11 years in this place. Hi, Eric.I want to thank you for painting such a beautiful picture of your review. You know there are some people like you who enjoy putting others down to make them self look good. But now to your answer about your reviewsa) Yes we do ask at check inn about pets because we have designated pet rooms for guess with pets we don't put pets in all the rooms b) the next day my housekeeper found bunch of dog hair in the room you were in and that is not a pet room that was the only reason for calling you the next day but you replied telling me no you didn't had a dog in the room but the hair was stuck to the wheel of your luggage which you had brought in the room which is not true c) you mention that you saw the owner leaking out side your room two different time. ( why didn't you call the front desk and complained about it, ) we have a rest room in the lobby, and next to that we have a conference room which also has a rest room in it, and all round the building of Super 8 we have bright lights, and that day we had 80% Occupancy I hope you understand what I am trying to tell you. And yes our pool is under renovation. Let me tell you that reviews is a good tool to help the hotel management and the next travelling guest to make the right choice for their stay, but some guest take advantage of this tool for their own benefit to get a free stay or to sneak their dog without paying the pet fee. To all my guest it would help all in along run if there is an honest opinion I thank you all
