"The staff in all areas were friendly and accommodating. A very fresh and modern hotel, just a few blocks from the Niagra Falls Park. The room was perfectly sized with all the amenities you'll need."

"Everything was excellent "

"Comfortable room. Overall was clean. The breakfast was very basic hotel and fealt lacking, but still appreciated.The pool was small. The gym was pretty good. Good area in the back for dogs. Spent a few days and the area did feel safe enough while walking the dog around. Good food close by and lots of fun things to do. Overall experience was a 5 stars even if the hotel wasn't perfect. This hotel was still an enjoyable and comcortable place to come home to for our stay."

"Great stay! Beds were really comfy and room was clean. Only thing we didn’t like was that there isn’t a lot of food options open that are close by late at night. "

"Check-in was very quick and easy. The room was ready early. Traveling with minors can be tricky, as your only options are walking around to get to the other food outlets or asking for a security escort. Wish the Bear Claw Cafe was on the hotel side....:) "

"The hotel was good, staff was great, but the surrounding area wasn’t the best. Still would stay again though. Nothing too bad. "
