"I'm not one to leave reviews but this was definitely an amazing dtay. Staff were great, great location. Literally 5 mins from the airport. Amazing breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. I was very happy with my stay here! I definitely would recommend. "

"Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception staff, restaurant staff or manager went out of their way to help and were always cheerful and friendly.
There is an onsite restaurant and coffee shop, just a couple of things to be aware of 1. The menu is predominantly Indian (well you are in India) however there are one or two European dishes available and 2 .The hotel is alcohol free but the mocktails were delicious and we never noticed the absence of booze.
We didn’t use the on site swimming pool or gymnasium but they never appeared crowded. Outside of the hotel it’s about a five minute walk to an ATM and auto rickshaws. Alternatively, if you need a taxi the hotel will arrange this for you.
We had a wonderful stay and have given the Oshin Hotel a five star rating - it deserved nothing less.

"Our stay at The Taj Hotel in Wayanad was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of Wayanad’s lush green hills, the hotel offers an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The food was an absolute highlight of our visit. From sumptuous local delicacies to international cuisine, every meal was a feast for the senses. The chefs clearly put their heart and soul into crafting dishes that delighted both the palate and the soul.
Another standout experience was the Ayurvedic massage at the spa, which was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapist was skilled, creating an ambiance of complete serenity. It was the perfect way to unwind and immerse myself in the wellness traditions of Kerala.
What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff at The Taj Hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best possible stay. A special mention must go to Sreejith, who took care of us from day one until our departure. His attention to detail, thoughtful gestures, and dedication to making our stay unforgettable were truly commendable.
