"This is a great B&B, really well appointed old french farmhouse. We stayed in the smaller room which had a great shower, was quiet and warm. My only small issue is that I would have preferred a bigger bed. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices. The lady who runs the place looked after us and was very welcoming. "

"L’accueil très chaleureux même après un retard conséquent. La maîtresse de maison nous à fait visiter le logement d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Quand au petit déjeuner, un effort a été réalisé pour préparer un repas pour quelqu’un intolérant aux lactose. Cette attention a été grandement apprécié. Nous espérons y retourner prochainement. "

" Nice spacicous rooms. One problem was the heat. No aircon. The outside temperature was particularly hot, 39°C. The room fan helped but other areas were extremely warm. Still like this hotel and will stay again in the future."

"We were on a cycling trip. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful in locking away our bikes in a secure location. The beds were very comfortable and showers hot! Breakfast was standard continental with plenty of food available. Located a little out of town centre and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are in need of some minor maintenance but comfortable."

"The property is disgusting which we kind of expected from the reviews, we were only staying for 1 night so thought we'd take the risk, we definitely wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than 1 night though! The area was lovely, kept the kids busy all day with a bouncy castle, beach and park, unfortunately the water slide wasn't open though. The restaurant and staff were really friendly and helpful. "

Insonorisation insuffisante, tant au niveau des cloisons entre les chambres, que des tuyauteries. Légèrement à l'extérieur de la ville ; calme absolu (hormis le bruit des autres locataires). Une piscine, non testée."

"Un accueil des plus chaleureux, avec un cadre totalement agréable reposant point une grande chambre avec un grand lit double et deux petits lits. On y mange très bien copieux et délicieux petit mets. Petit restaurant à s'arrêter pour le midi pour un repas à 18 euros. "

"Clean room but basic, in need of some modernisation. Breakfast was basic too, but served a purpose. Location in parthenay was good! And parthenay itself is a lovely place to stay. "

The room is comfortable and cozy, with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The owner prepared the best breakfast of all the accommodations we’ve ever stayed at, even compared to five-star hotels."

"We arrived at 6pm for Check in & even though there was a note on the door to say it was open, it was locked & no-one came to greet us. The yard was very messy & there were lots of cats everywhere. We left to find more suitable accommodation."

"Chambre petite et bas de plafond. Le lit est court (ne pas mesurer plus d’1,70 m) . Pas de télé, ni climatiseur, pas de sèche cheveux ni prise dans salle de bain. Promiscuité avec les autres chambres. Les hébergeurs ne sont pas trop disponibles. Par contre joli domaine bien aménagé à l’extérieur. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Pas très bon rapport qualité /prix à mon avis "
