"Good place to stay if you are looking for easy access to Usiminas or BR-381. Very close to main city Mall and Smart Fit Gym (by car). The neighborhood did not offer lunch or dining options. The rooms faced to highway are noisy during the day and part of night. The room faced to another side are noisy during the night due a night club (a kind of man’s club). "The chalets were atrocious. There were bugs everywhere. The chalet was old and with holes everywhere. You could see daylight through the cracks. Hence the bugs. The sheets were yellow and the pillow was moldy. There were dogs barking very early in the morning and the breakfast buffet was terrible. "
