My stay was great. The staff were professional and courteous. The hotel has two pools but with the beach being right across the street I did not take advantage of the pools. Only thing I wish I would have done was booked a longer stay. I would definitely book with this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel and location!! The view from hotel rooms are breathtaking! Pool and pool bar are great!! Spa treatments were good but was not professional in a way of an really high class spa treatments… Only complaint is the WiFi is AWFUL… they definitely need better WiFi because even staff members don’t use it because it’s so bad.

Location was perfect, steps to beach, bus stop to Chora. Multiple pools, clean and comfy chairs. We preferred the beach, paid a few Euro to secure an umbrella and chairs. Food was good, breakfast buffet and dinner. We went in to town for dinner and nightlife … shopping through the maze of streets etc.

The location cannot be beat! And the staff are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the multiple pools, spa, and restaurant. Its so convenient, relaxing, and beautiful. Such a gem! We plan on returning regularly. We highly recommend staying at Ios Palace!

Property was lovely. Sheltered into the hill. Beach, restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We had a relaxing stay.

View from the room was great. Our room was recently renovated and had some nice touches. It’s a sprawling, multilevel property, so be prepared for a long walk with multiple stairs or elevators to get to your room.

The staff, especially the front desk were amazing. They helped us get through some. Vacation speed bumps and took so much pressure off us. Note: there is a lot of walking around the complex, it’s a bit confusing, you’ll know if you go. it’s beautiful, That being said, I would totally come back to the hotel again

The perfect Ios stay

This is the only place I will be staying at I’m Ios moving forward. The service is spectacular. The rooms were spacious With a million dollar view. The breakfast and food was delicious. It’s in the perfect location. I will be come back.

It is really on the beach, so walk down from pool to beach is very convenient. The pool is beautiful with good chill music all day..... the breakfast is included and very good. The hotel is clean and rooms are relatively small. Each room with terraces that are very nice to the bay of the beach. The Staffs are very professional. the bad smell from the pool area caused by sewage is happening sometimes.....the rooms are quite small and the floors looks a bit old. Over all the place is very nice.

One of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. We are planning to come back next year for our honeymoon. The pool villa is worth every single penny. The most stunning views of our entire 2 week trip in Greece. The staff was WONDERFUL! So accommodating and friendly I would highly suggest this place to anyone looking for 5/5 service. Best place to stay in IOS hands down.

We had a lovely stay at Ios Palace. At check-in they kindly upgraded us to a new part of the hotel. Which we discovered later is under same management, but will actually be separate hotel ‘Ios Grande’ Anyway it was lovely with own pool and terrace with amazing view. Service was great and we had a super time.

Everything about this hotel was perfection! From being picked up at the port to the welcome drink on arrival! The staff here were friendly, helpful and aimed to make your stay amazing! Breakfasts were included and a perfect way to start your day and a fantastic selection of delicious prepared choices. We didn’t get to use the spa on property as our stay was short. There were two choices of pools, a bar and a beach with water sports right below hotel. We booked stand up paddling one afternoon It was walking distance to more restaurants and a short taxi to town! Loved our stay here! Would love to return and stay longer!
