"An absolutely outstanding hotel that tops all resorts or villas from around the world. From the moment of pick-up from the airport to the second we left, you feel the thoughtfulness, luxury and superiority. Location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the carpark area and next to the center of Oia. The view is gorgeous, though that’s not unique as most resorts on Santorini enjoy the view, it’s the design, the vibe and the quietness that Charisma offers really differentiate. Food: 5/5 1. Welcome drink at reception- fresh & cold lime drink 2. Welcome drink fruit platter - nice white wine and fruit platter kept in two glass jars for freshness and flexible time to enjoy 3. Breakfast at own balcony - luxury varieties, rich portion, high quality and fresh. Room & Amenities: 5/5 1. Very spacious clean room 2. Bath area with nice take away Bvlgari amenities, and shower area with high quality Apivita 3. Bed - very comfy 4. Air-conditioning- easy and well control. "This is the most unique and beautiful property I've ever experienced. The rooms are literally carved into the mountain of Oia. Stunning views of the ocean and plenty of deck space with comfortable lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was healthy and delicious."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Room was clean with a great view. Staff was helpful with recommendations as well as helping to arrange transportation too. Huge thanks to Chris who even woke up early to help us manage our bags for our early flight. Thank you!"

Sunset view room

"We stayed in the senior suit and it was very nice. The sunset view, service, breakfast etc. and the restaurant is better than some highest ratting restaurants in the town. If you don't stay here, you should definitely have dinner here, then you can enjoy both the sunset view and the great food."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!! "

Awesome Place

"Fantastic place, lives up to its reputation. The staff there couldnt have been more friendly, Mike behind the bar is a star and the guys down the beach were very helpful, Alex and Jimmy (didn't get the rest of the guys names) but always there when you need them. Ended up booking some extra time there as is was so good."
