"Staff were kind and very helpful. Location was PERFECT for and easy to get to. There was a walking path right to the historical Harpers Ferry site which was a highlight. The beds were great and heating/cooling system was too. There was no elevator and the hallways were dusty and old. The bathrooms were sub-par. The continental breakfast was lacking but expected given this was a cheaper hotel for us."

"We had an amazing one night stay and will definitely be back. Three teenagers loved the fire pit and pool table. The you g man who checked us in passed "the vibe check" and was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hotel breakfast, but the pancake machine was "goated" and the omelette I had was hot and tasty. Rooms were great and the black out shade...10/10. I'm sold on Tru!"

"Exhaust fan in bathroom was incredibly loud and could not be turned off separately from the light in the bathroom. Water took a long time to become hot in the shower. Interstate traffic is very loud and the hotel walls are not well-insulated. Receipt was not provided at check-out and is not accessible online either. "

"The clerk at the desk in the morning for check out was sitting on the floor behind the front desk counter with back against the wall sleeping. I’m not sure if the person was sick or tired or something much worse. I would be able to submit a photo if necessary."
