"Originally I was a little worried when we found out that our room had no window--only a skylight--and it was rather warm. But Nicola (hope I've spelled that right) very kindly found us a much nicer room. Breakfast was good and the staff were all unfailingly pleasant and helpful to deal with. I like the history behind the place. It's been a hotel since the 1850s. It could do with a few touch-ups here and there but it was very comfortable and the fact that there was a bar right in the building was...
