Unwind in the living room, complete with a smart TV and free internet access, after a long day in the sun. The pool and hot tub can be heated with an electric heat pump, upon request (extra charge). Due to owners allergies, this home is strictly pet & smoke free
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
