Two large decks wrap around the house, perfect for catching the sun, enjoying a glass of wine, or simply relaxing with the fresh sea breeze. Host a long lunch or dinner with family and friends on the outdoor BBQ and dining area at the back of the house.

The main house features two cozy bedrooms serviced by a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. The third bedroom is set a few steps away, offering privacy along with its own bathroom and toilet facilities—ideal for families or groups. The fully fenced backyard is a safe space for kids and your furry friends (dogs allowed outside only).

Inside the garage, you’ll find a convenient laundry. Stay comfortable in all seasons with reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and a log fire in the second living space for chilly evenings.
