"We had to wait beyond the 3pm check in to get in our room. We were exhausted having come over on the overnight ferry from Shetland. We took our dog and the dog rooms are a 5 to 8 minute walk with you luggage include going up a floor and back down. There was no offer of help. Our room keys failed ..."
