Rooms where very clean and updated. no Kitchen just small fridge, Shower and bathroom was top notch. Rooms where a little small but was not expecting a massive room in a great area in the middle of Tokyo. Great location, Quick walk to great authentic shopping and awesome little food stops. Hotel location is just far enough to not hear any noise from busy streets but close enough to get to those areas with a quick stroll. Highly recommend this hotel we had a great comfortable stay.

Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and all was clean. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven toaster were all clean and very useful. Laundry machine in the room was great, easy to use. Staff is super nice, welcoming and efficient. Well def stay here again (traveled as a family with two little ones (5 and 8). They loved the grand japanese room which had a tatami room. They had so much fun sleeping on the tatami together.

Great location. Walking distance to many local sights. Nice modern hotel with cafe and restaurant. Helpful staff and overall great experience.

Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.
