The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Communication was smooth and professional, and they showed genuine care despite the situation. "Room was spacious and clean. I there is a mini fridge and a microwave which was quite useful. Change of towels etc daily. Relatively quiet. A/C worked well. Breakfast buffet was good but should have more vegetarion/vegan options. Check in and check out were easy. Staff was helpful."
