"This cabin is in a beautiful location. The cabin was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The view of the lake and the abundant wildlife was just what we were hoping for. The night sky is indescribable. I would recommend this cabin as a number one choice if you plan on staying in this area. Jamey was easy to talk with, readily available to answer questions and provided a lot of information on where to eat and who to contact for boat tours."

"The property was as described. It fit the bill for our party of 10 with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the private dock as we brought a long our own kayaks and could get into the water at any time."

"Very nice little guest cabin tucked in the woods. Option to rent the boat they have or not, which helped us out a lot for keeping our daily options open on where and when we wanted to fish. My only complaint is the pontoon died several times out in the water but good news is that it always restarted for us after a bit. I did have to jump in the water to avoid hitting one shoreline, but after it died that last time, we fished for awhile and didn’t turn it off again until we were back at the boat...

"Location was easy to access and the manager was quick to respond via text. Beds were very comfortable. A couple of comment's on the Willow Cabin...clean, spacious, comfortable. Bathroom could benefit from a new shower curtain, the remote control volume button didnt work, the light above the sleeping area kept blinking and the lamp and power cord for the bed on the far right didn't work. I still gave a 5 star rating because all of these things can be easily addressed."

"The location is beyond words. Truly beautiful and relaxing. We loved bird watching including a daily visit by a chatty eagle. Absolutely amazing. We explored Crane lake and caught enough walleyes and bass for a fish dinner at the cabin. The eagle enjoyed the fish remains right off the end of the dock. I highly recommend Loon Landing."

"The bathroom was the biggest problem with mold and moldy black baseboards coming apart at the base molding. (No pun intended.) The hot water heater was literally next to the bed, covered in carpeting with loose screws on top. The location was misrepresented and not in the park or even in a wooded area, but on an atrial street in a neighborhood."

"Nice and quiet location on the Rat Root River. Was offered canoe and small V bottom to use by the awesome host. Was well taken care of and given locations and tips to go fishing . The place has a great history ,area full of friendly people and everyone I mentioned the place to I met said they loved that old saloon. I do too!"
