Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, located RIGHT OFF of US 31, POTENTIAL for road noise, though negligible while in the place.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 12 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The 7th Overlook is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Traverse region.

The 7th Overlook features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as MICROWAVE, POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal and Coffee Creamer & Sugar.
This is a 2 BEDROOM unit with a queen size beds the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” Smart TV, Netflix, ULTRA FAST WIFI . The bathroom has a FULL SIZE TUB, HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and WASHER & DRYER to take care of your laundry needs.

Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts and the fact we have many guests with connections to the Arts Academy we have chosen a "Arts Theme" aka many Abstract / Music / Dance prints within this unit. In the event you are not aware of the Academy, we highly recommend you do a search, just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area.
