Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Interlaken Ost" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km, public bathing area 2.5 km, lake Brienzersee 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km, tennis 1 km, indoor tennis centre 1.3 km, minigolf 1.6 km, riding stable 550 m, skisport facilities 15 km, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Jungfraujoch, Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Beatushöhlen. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Jungfrau Ski Region. Underfloor heating. Top floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Carpet. Small balcony, south facing position, large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Besteck und Pfannen waren nicht in Ordnung, wurde sehr freundlich und schnell ausgewechselt. Bodenbelag --alte Teppiche für Haustiere ungeeignet, wird laut Info der Besitzer später auswechseln.
