"very good location but the room was dirty and was not cleaned during our stay. Smellym, the whole property and parking spots are less than units so you can end up with no availble parking"

"Nice hotel, a little old, however refurbished and rooms fully up to date. Hotel is in very nice area and you get 5 hours in the swimming pool with your room. Good breakfast - allthough scrambled eggs are standing from opening to closing - 4 hours. Restaurant could improve - food was ok, but ordered an Entrecote and got a flat ribeye - changed sides from french fries to patato salad, which according to the waiter was ok - but then - later with the bill a charge of 2 Eur for changing. Best Western Plus BierKulturHotel Schwanen

"The room was clean and nice furniture. The view was nice from the room. Didn’t like that they didn’t have a garbage can outside to throw out trash. Also the towels provided looked old and worn out. But the staff was friendly and informative "

"Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."

GREAT HOTEL

"The hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. It's a modern building situated in a quiet area. We stayed on 2 occasions in the hotel and both rooms we had were spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very easy to walk to the centre of Ulm. There are plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful."

Great hotel with interesting bathrooms

"This hotel has 2 buildings. The older, more traditional one and the more modern, new one. They both have rooms. Be aware that the rooms in the new building are a little different, especially for USA travelers. There are no separate beds. All the beds are queen size and there is only one bed per room. I really like the rooms in this new building. However, the bathroom is completely opened with a see-through shower and the door for the toilet is a glass door with half of it frosted. Just something to be aware if traveling with a companion that is not a romantic partner. I really like the hotel and the staff. "
