"Wir hatten anfangs ein negatives Erlebnis, denn unser Apartment war sehr schmutzig (Boden, Schlafcouch, Bad, Kühlschrank, einfach alles) Nach Anfrage bei der Rezeption bekamen wir aber sofort ein neues Apartment und dieses war dann sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die zugehörigen Parkhäuser bieten ausreichend Platz, sind aber leider nicht kostenfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und mit guter Auswahl. Der Strand liegt direkt am Hotel und ist nur durch die Promenade getrennt....

Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in.
A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "
