Holiday house "Am Salzhaff" with proximity to the beach and the Baltic Sea on the island of Poel

This holiday home has been located directly on the Salzhaff since 2017. Here you will find everything you need on vacation: tranquility, proximity to the sea, large grounds and every conceivable convenience in the house. You will like the very bright living room with the open Häcker fitted kitchen and the stylish furniture from KARE Design. The stove provides cozy warmth even in the cold season. From your south-facing terrace you can listen to the birds or just enjoy nature. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two single beds. The bathrooms with whirlpool and sauna complete the perfect equipment. There is a free WiFi network throughout the house. A children's travel bed and a high chair are available for our younger guests free of charge.

The bird protection island Poel is also ideal for cycling, bird watching, of course for swimming or simply to enjoy the peace and nature. Give it a try and you will definitely come back!

The local spa tax is unfortunately not used in the booking process by FeWo-Direkt. This will be added after the booking!

Die Sauberkeit war gut,die Einrichtung war erstklassig,einige Dinge sind aber trotzdem verbesserungsfähig, die da wären: ein Windfang im Terrassenbereich wäre gut, Sonnenliegen hätten uns auch gefallen,der Garten ist nicht wirklich eingezäunt, die Einfahrt hat nunmal kein Tor, unserem Hund hats gefallen, er konnte die Gegend ohne uns erkunden, dann wären da noch echte Mängel: die Fliegengittertür der Terrasse ist verkehrt herum eingebaut,so macht das keinen Sinn, bei beiden Wasserhähnen der Badezimmer sind die Siebe so verkalkt, dass der Wassertrahl überall hingehtt,nur nicht dahin wo man ihn braucht,die Waschmaschine,oh man,null Ausrichtung und völliger Schiefstand,wäre der Wasserschlauch nicht fest montiert, würde sie nach dem Schleudern im Garten stehen :-),die Verkleidung der Badewanne ist lose und die elektrischen Anschlüsse sind nicht fachgerecht angeschlossen (Stromschlaggefahr), alles Dinge, die mit wenigen Handgriffen beseitigt werden können..All das ändert aber nichts an der wundervollen Ausstattung des Hausen,sehr geschmackvoll und edel,besonderes Lob für die Matratzen,wir haben selten so gut in fremden Betten geschlafen.Auch die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen.Im Grossen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Weshalb waren für den Preis keine zwei Sonnenliegen drin?

Das Objekt war modern, ausgestattet und hell. Die Terrasse war nicht windgeschützt und von allen Seiten einsehbar, es handelt sich um ein Eckgrundstück.In dem leer stehenden Gartenhaus konnten wir prima die Räder abstellen.Schade, dass keine Sonnenliegen dort zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. dafür war der Strandkorb jedoch einwandfrei und komfortabel. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr ruhig. Zum Strand war es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Umgebung und viel Ruhe. Sehr einfache aber gute Restaurants auf der Insel. Personal generell etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Leute eher etwas schroff sind. Schade dass es keine offiziellen Wege in die Naturschutzgebiete gibt.Man ist dadurch immer zu weit weg von den Vögeln und anderen Tieren

entspannter Herbsturlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus am Salzhaff. Ein sehr schöner Wohnbereich. Kamin und Sauna waren wirklich ein Traum bei dem herbstlichen kalten Wetter. In Summe waren wir wirklich sehr sehr zufrieden. Die Insel ist ohnehin ruhig. Der Ort Vorwerk ist noch ruhiger, aber das war uns von vornherein klar. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von den gelieferten Brötchen. Lieferservicegebühr - ok, verstehen wir. Bei den Brötchenpreisen hätten wir uns aber frische Brötchen vom regionalen Bäcker anstelle von Discounter-Brötchen gewünscht. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gefallen.

Schönes Ferienhaus - Lage für Hundebesitzer nicht ideal

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Wir sind mit unserem Hund verreist und wollten ausgiebige Spaziergänge vom Haus aus starten. Leider gibt es keine Feldwege, Bürgersteige oder Fußwege. Man muss mindestens zwei Kilometer fahren, außer man möchte am Straßenrand entlang gehen. Wenn man nicht ständig das Auto bewegen möchte, ist das Haus mit einem Hund, der viel Auslauf benötigt, nicht geeignet. Die Insel an sich ist sehr schön. Es gibt viele Hundestrände. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns nicht passend.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Der Urlaub und der Aufenthalt ist diesem schönen Domizil hat uns gefallen. Positiv zu bewerten war, dass die Unterkunft sauber war, sowie an jedem Fenster und der Balkontür Fliegenschutzgitter montiert waren. Was uns gestört hat war der mit Vogelkot und Spinnenweben verunreinigte Strandkorb (hier fehlte die Abdeckhaube), die nicht funktionierende Whirlpoolwanne (Ist halt eine Badewanne gemäß Hausmeister.) und die ungleiche Verteilung der Liegen auf die Häuser. Manche Häuser hatten 2 Liegen, wir keine. Die Gegend ist schön, aber etwas einsam. Bis zum Strand, dem nächsten Geschäft oder dem nächsten Restaurant sind es mindestens 2 km. Auf jeden Fall sollte man sein Fahrrad dabei haben, dann ist der Urlaub bei schönem Wetter sehr schön.

Für ein paar Tage ein toller Ort um zu entspannen. Alles was man braucht ist da und alles war sauber. Die Sauna war sehr schön. Leider fehlen Wanderwege und Radwege.

Schöner Natururlaub

Am Rande eines Vogelschutzgebietes gelegen haben wir uns sehr gut erholen können. Es ist ein großes Grundstück dabei, für Familien mit Kindern und Hund sehr gut geeignet. Alle Kochutensilien sind auch vorhanden. Ein sehr schönes Haus.

Kleines Paradies an der Ostseeküste

Unser zweiter Besuch nach 2020 und wieder war es sehr schön. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, es hatte uns an nix gefehlt. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Gerade mal einen Tag zu Hause und schon haben wir „Heimweh“, wollen gerne wieder zurück ins Haus auf der Insel Poel.
