This cuddly, cozy holiday apartment on the top floor with approx. 82m² (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

A large living room with an open kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed and a balcony facing the harbor await you!

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

There is a parking space at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Non-smoking apartment! Pets not allowed!

Liebes Poeler Team, wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser zauberhaften Wohnung!! Leider fehlt immer noch eine Auflaufform. Dies würde die Essenszubereitung sehr erleichtern! Ansonsten ist alles da! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern: Es fehlte ein Besen Der Abzug über dem Herd war verschmutzt und funktionierte nicht richtig Die Dusche im Bad hatte Schmutzflecken und das Wasser lief nicht mehr einwandfrei an. Sonst war alles prima und die Betten mit dem Topper sehr bequem.

Alles fein. Nur die steile Kellertreppe in den Fahrradkeller ist mit E-Bikes zu beschwerlich. Vllt. findet sich ja noch ein Platz für einen Fahrradschuppen… ;-)

Es wäre schön, wenn der Schlüssel zur Ferienwohnung am Haus zur Verfügung gestellt und dort auch bei Abreise abgegeben werden könnte.

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen. Unsere Fragen wurden geduldig beantwortet. Sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung und ihre Lage bereitete uns gleich ein Urlaubsgefühl. Leider stank der Wasserkocher, wie im letzten Jahr, so nach Putzmittel. Nach unserem Anruf wurde er schnellstmöglich ausgetauscht. Danke für die prompte Hilfe!! Der Teppich unter dem Couchtisch ist eine große Stolperfalle mit den sich nach oben gedrehten Ecken. Für uns Ältere gar nicht gut. " Kunststoffpolster" an den Küchenschranktüren und Schubladen wären eine gute Lösung für uns Gäste, wie auch Nachbarn. Bis man sich daran gewöhnt, dass diese nicht wie gewohnt, sich eigenständig leise schließen, ist der Urlaub vorbei. Das Silikon in der Duschkabine müsste dringend erneuert werden. Der Schimmel ist ekelig. Eine große Auflaufform vorzufinden wäre wunderbar! Spülmittel, Schwamm, Spültuch vorzufinden...toll! Obwohl es einige kritische Punkte gibt und dem teurem Preis kommen wir gerne wieder. Der Ausblick und alles andere macht uns richtig zufrieden und glücklich!! Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre Mühen! Alles gut, aber : Wir haben den vollen Preis für die Saisoneröffnung gezahlt, schade nur das für diesen Preis noch fast alles geschlossen ist. Für Brötchen muss an zum Beispiel bis nach Kirchdorf fahren

Ganz großes Lob den Mitarbeiterinnen von PAS und auch den Mitarbeiter:innen der Unterhaltreinigung. Es wurde eine schöne Wohlfühlatmosphäre bei Eintreffen geschaffen und auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Lieben Dank! Die Wohnung hat einen super Ausblick und ist schön ausgestattet. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas abgewohnt und es waren Mängel in der Küche zu verzeichnen. Damit kann man aber leben!

Insgeamt eine tolle Unterkunft. Zwei Dinge könnten Sie noch verbessern: Die Hauseingangstür fällt nicht ins Schloss und steht häufig offen. Zudem fehlt an den Klingeln die Wohnungszuordnung, man weiß vor der Haustür stehend daher leider nicht wo man klingeln muss. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage in der Seeanemone❣️ Alles war perfekt und der Abschied fiel schwer! Lediglich die Tür der Dusche schließt nicht richtig und da sie nach außen aufgeht, läuft immer etwas Feuchtigkeit auf die Fliesen. Daher sollte die Fuge, die den Raum vom Duschbereich trennt einmal mehr intensiv von Ablagerungen gereinigt werden.
