This luxury holiday apartment on the ground floor with approx. 86m² impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

The apartment was newly renovated and completely refurnished at the beginning of 2023.

A large living room with open kitchen, fireplace and sofa bed await you.

The terrace with water views, beautiful patio furniture and a beach chair invites you to spend cozy hours!

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious bathroom with an infrared cabin and a guest toilet allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf, you can't live any closer to the sea!

There is 1 parking space at the house.

High chair and travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Non-smoking apartment, pets welcome!

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung,es ist alles Sauber und richtig schön eingerichtet.Die Lage,wo man auf das Wasser schauen kann einfach traumhaft...Das einzige was da fehlt draußen ein kleiner Grill das man auch mal für das wohl für sich sorgen kann...Sonst war alles schick gewesen und ein dickes Lob an Poeler Appartment...

Es war mal wieder sehr schön bei euch! Ein passendem Wischmopp zum Eimer wäre gut und eine Markiese statt Sonnenschirm würde die Wohnung noch ein klein wenig aufwerten. Aber das ist jammer auf sehr hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Besonders gut: alles sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, wir mussten nicht frieren. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter schätzen wir sehr. Zusätzlich könnten eine Auflaufform und ein Abtropf Sieb vorhanden sein.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und das Wasser, ist traumhaft. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Eine Bitte hätten wir. Ein WLAN währe echt hilfreich. Auch sollten die Web-Seiten (z.B. Öffnungszeiten) von Einrichtungen und Gaststättenaktuell sein.

Wie immer: sehr nettes Personal im Büro und Hausthechnik, am 6.11. sind wir wieder bei Euch !! Kritik: keine Auflaufform, keine Warmhaltekanne sowie kein Brot- undFleischmesser. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt das Fliegengitter, die ersten Besucher waren schon da, juckende Einstiche am Arm. Wir hoffen, dass auch diese Wohnung noch renoviert wird. Die 6 neuen Stühle sind einguter Anfang. Eine gute Matraze´und man könnte besser schlafen.
