About a 10 minute walk from the Innsbruck train station. The room decor is very cool and unique, the garden area is very pretty. Good location, short walk to the main attractions Innsbruck. We had a great stay.

The staff was amazing, especially the girl who checked me in - super friendly, warm, hospitable and helpful, made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler at the hotel. I received a room upgrade to a nice room by the terrace with a view of the lovely garden and can even see the Bergisel ski jump in the distance. While many commented on the smaller size of the room, it is built in a very smart way that provides everything you would need in your stay. They make good use of things like built-in shelves, sliding panels etc. Even the housekeeping lady (the one with short hair) was super friendly and sweet. The price point was great, walking distance to train station, old town, dining options etc. Internet was stable for remote work. Overall, i highly recommend and will not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely boutique hotel very clean, comfy bed, pleasant staff and walkable everywhere. Only small complaint if room is at front can be a bit noisy from traffic and deliveries so do not leave window open but overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Wow, I didn't really have any expectations of this place to be honest, but I absolutely loved it from the minute I walked into my room. So much attention to the detail, the design, everything was wonderful. The reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly and they were super patient with all my questions. I will definitely come back

Perfect hotel stay
Fantastic hotel and location. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the reception staff, they were always happy to help. The room was always spotless, cleaned every day, and the extra little touches in the room were always appreciated. We'll be making this our go-to hotel in Innsbruck!

Nala is a fantastic hotel. The staff is so wonderful, doing everything possible to ensure that you have a great stay. The brunch was great. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when I travel to Innsbruck.

Cool, stylish hotel, ultra clean, close to old town. Only weakness is space - not enough room to swing a cat (not that you should be doing that anyway in a hotel room!). I would suggest paying extra for larger room as very tight.

Was a great hotel near the old town. Great use of space in the standard room, once we found the toilet and shower hidden behind the television wall. :) Great breakfast at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff!

I stayed at the NALA several years ago and loved it, so when I planned to return, I didn't even think of staying elsewhere. It is a wonderful hotel: thoughtfully set up, with all of the small details thought through, and very aesthetically pleasing. The staff are wonderful and warm and helpful. The views are fabulous. I very much look forward to staying there again!

Charming hotel!
I loved everything about this super unique hotel! The rooms are so cute and comfortable,the hotel has so many unique spaces to relax both inside and out. I also appreciated the small gym. This was my favorite hotel on our trip by far!

Our room was lovely. We even had cut crystal glasses -- a first for me, the world traveler! The reception clerk came to our room (I'm traveling with a friend) and made up the sofa bed, which was VERY comfortable, for me -- no easy task for this senior. We were both sorry only to have one night in our lovely garden room with two TV's and a relaxing vibe...

Nice hotel in the middle of town
It was great right in the hart of Innsbruck. The hotel was clean and friendly Parking not to far.if you want breakfast get it there great price and so many choices. Highly recommend this on. Will definitely go back

A well located and comfortable hotel
Well located with car parking. A whacky room with clever use of space. Comfortable bed. Luckily I am 1.93m tall otherwise hanging clothes would have been an issue. Overall well priced, good value and a hotel I will return to if in Innsbruck again.

Very modern hotel, maybe not the best layout room, also the hangers in the closet were too high to be reached even with the lowering handle. So all clothes had to remain in the suitcase. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice hotel close to Old City, restuarants and transport facilities. Hotel has a restuarant, bar and lounges and the room was clean and comfortable. Very good value stay.

Garden apartment had a great aesthetic. However lack of window and air conditioning made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing. Also good location.

Pay extra for the views
Convenient to train station and old town. We had room with upgraded views and soaker tub. Fantastic to wake up to mountains and then sit on back balcony in evening with a drink looking at a 2nd set of mountains and the Olympic ski jump. Soaker tub accommodates two on the 2nd level. Gave us a complimentary public transport pass at check-in and chocolate at check-out. Favorite room on our 17 day European adventure. Would only stay here when visiting Innsbruck again.

A complete delight
This hotel is a gem. As we were only passing through Innsbruck for 1 night, I booked a small room, curious to see if 16 sqm would be cramped. So intelligent is the interior design that when we walked into a small space, we felt we were in a big room! The arrangement of conveniences and the attention to detail reminds me of the cunning briefcase that Q gave to James Bond with everything he could need in it. At Nala we had comfort, convenience a delicious breakfast buffet and the Reception staff were awesome. When after checking in we went down again to ask for directions, one guy going off duty actually walked with us to the Old City (on his way home) and took time to show us some of the sights. Hospitality with a Capital H! A small room may feel a bit cramped during a longer stay, but for a couple of nights, or for a skiing holiday, it's idea. And there are also larger rooms.
